My strategy is an ambitious “education of everything”. Health is a broad topic. I’ll cover fat loss, muscle gain, bodyweight, healthy eating, diet, training tips, and many more general fitness topics. But I also will cover financial health, goal setting, living with purpose, career development, mindset, and much more. Anything that falls within the sphere of affecting your health, it will be discussed at some point or another.
